How consent works
On your first visit, the site shows a consent banner. You can accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or open the settings panel and choose categories one by one.
Your choice is stored in the `lfs_cookie_consent` cookie and mirrored in local storage so the site can remember it and let you reopen settings later.
Cloudflare analytics handling
localfile.studio uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, and Cloudflare injects it automatically at the edge instead of us placing a script tag in the codebase.
Because of that, consent is enforced by the site response policy. Without analytics consent, the response does not allow Cloudflare analytics script or beacon endpoints to load. After you allow analytics, they become permitted on the next page load.
If you revoke analytics consent later, future page loads go back to blocking the analytics endpoints.
Changing your mind
You can reopen cookie settings at any time using the floating Cookie settings button on the site.
